This blend is mildly sedating, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, anti-spasmodic, and carminative.
Meadowsweet*, Lavender buds*, Hops*, Skullcap leaf*, St. John’s Wort*, Oatstraw*
tablespoon to 1 cup hot water, let steep 5-10 min. 1 cup 30 mins prior to bedtime for 5 days/week. For daytime anxiety 1⁄2 - 1 cups/day for 5 days/week.
Do not use with sedatives, anti-depressants, thyroid or hormone medications. Do not mix with alcohol, do not use if suffering from depression.
